ClockMi provides a web-based worker attendance tracking platform using QR codes, GPS verification, and related tools. The Service is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis and is accessible via web browsers on desktop and mobile devices.
Key features include: QR-based check-in/out, GPS location verification, overtime calculation, shift scheduling, analytics, reporting, and payroll export.
To use the Service, you must register a company account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

The Service uses a credit-based billing system with the following terms:
When your credit balance reaches zero, a configurable grace period applies before access to certain features is restricted.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service, including attendance records, worker data, and company information.
We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You may export your data at any time via the reporting tools or REST API.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's PDPA.

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
The PWA offline mode allows check-ins to be queued locally and synced when connectivity returns.
The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of ClockMi and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
The REST API is provided for integration purposes. You may not use the API to build a competing service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
