Terms of Service

ClockMi provides a web-based worker attendance tracking platform using QR codes, GPS verification, and related tools. The Service is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis and is accessible via web browsers on desktop and mobile devices.

Key features include: QR-based check-in/out, GPS location verification, overtime calculation, shift scheduling, analytics, reporting, and payroll export.

To use the Service, you must register a company account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• •Maintaining the accuracy of your account information
• •Keeping your login credentials secure
• •All activity that occurs under your account
• •Designating a Super Admin responsible for account management

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to attendance tracking. You must not:

• •Attempt to access another company's data or circumvent tenant isolation
• •Use the Service to collect data beyond what is necessary for attendance
• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• •Automate access in a manner that degrades service for other users
• •Use the API in ways that violate these terms or applicable law

The Service uses a credit-based billing system with the following terms:

• •Monthly fee — deducted from your credit balance every 30 days
• •Daily site charges — extra active sites (beyond your plan's free sites) are charged daily
• •Top-ups — credits are purchased via credit card through Stripe
• •Non-refundable — credits are non-refundable except at our discretion
• •Price changes — we reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

When your credit balance reaches zero, a configurable grace period applies before access to certain features is restricted.

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service, including attendance records, worker data, and company information.

We do not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You may export your data at any time via the reporting tools or REST API.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's PDPA.

As the data controller, you are responsible for:

• •Ensuring you have legal basis to collect worker data
• •Informing workers about data collection through ClockMi
• •Responding to worker data access and deletion requests
• •Configuring appropriate data retention periods

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• •Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice where possible)
• •Infrastructure issues beyond our control
• •Emergency security patches

The PWA offline mode allows check-ins to be queued locally and synced when connectivity returns.

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of ClockMi and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

The REST API is provided for integration purposes. You may not use the API to build a competing service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• •Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• •We are not responsible for data loss due to your failure to maintain backups

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• •You may export your data via reports or the REST API before account closure
• •Data is retained for 30 days after account closure, then permanently deleted
• •Remaining credit balance is non-refundable

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
