Data Retention Settings

Under Singapore's PDPA, organisations should not retain personal data longer than necessary.

Go to Settings → Data Retention Months. Set a number (e.g., 12) and records older than that period will be automatically deleted nightly. Set to 0 to keep records indefinitely (default).
