Reports Overview

ClockMi has 14 reports plus an analytics dashboard. They split into four groups:

Operational

• Site Daily — one site, one day. KPI cards (workers, completed, still-in, auto-closed, missed, hours) + records table.
• Site Summary — one site over a date range. Daily totals.
• Worker Report — one worker over a date range. Hours per site + employee overlay (code, department, joined-via).
• Attendance Report — multi-filter cross-site list with paging. Best for arbitrary slices.
• Company Overview — every site rolled up. Admin / Super Admin only.

Compliance

• Missing Checkouts — workers who didn't check out (missed) or were auto-closed.
• Overtime — OT hours + weighted (paid) OT respecting per-shift multipliers.
• Photo Verification Audit — % compliance with the photo-on-checkin setting per site.
• Shift Adherence — % on-time / late / early per shift, with average minutes late.
• Absence / Leave Report — leave taken per worker by reason, with attendance %.

Security & safety

• Location Anomalies — flagged check-ins with browser distance, camera-EXIF distance, and the EXIF-mismatch fraud signal.
• Presence-Check Report — Telegram safety pings: completed, missed, geofence violations.

Export & insights

• Payroll Export — column-configurable CSV/Excel for payroll runs.
• Analytics Dashboard — 5 interactive charts + heatmap.

Common patterns

Date range defaults to the last 7 days for most reports. Tweak via the From / To inputs at the top.

Export — almost every report has CSV / Excel / PDF buttons. They use the current filter set so you can fine-tune the table first, then export.

Plan-gated reports. Absence and Shift Adherence require a plan with Workforce Management enabled. The tiles only appear on the index when your plan includes the feature.

Site-manager scoping. If you're a Site Manager (not full Admin), reports only show data from sites you're assigned to.
