Login Problems

Wrong password — Use the 'Forgot password' link on the login page to reset via email OTP.

OTP not received — Check your spam folder. OTPs expire after 10 minutes.

IP banned — After 10 failed login attempts, your IP is temporarily banned for 1 hour. Wait or contact an admin to whitelist your IP.

Passkey not working — Make sure you're using the same device where the passkey was registered. Try signing in with your password instead.
