Go to Reports → Company Overview. Available to Admin and Super Admin roles only — Site Managers can't see this report.

What you see

Five KPI cards: Total Sites, Unique Workers, Total Records, Total Hours, OT Hours.

By-site breakdown table (workers, records, hours, OT) and a daily check-in trend chart for the date range.

When to use it

Monthly board reports. Cross-site OT comparison. Spotting which sites have outlier hour totals (over-staffed) or low totals (under-utilised).

Export

CSV / PDF — exports the by-site breakdown.
