Photo Verification Audit
Compliance with the photo-on-checkin setting per site
Plan-gated. Photo verification requires a plan that includes it. The audit page is visible to all admins on plans with the feature.
Go to Reports → Photo Verification Audit.
What it answers
"What % of our photo-required check-ins this month actually had a photo?" Until this report, that data was collected (every record stores check_in_photo + check_out_photo) but never rolled up.
Top KPI strip
Records, with-check-in-photo, with-check-out-photo, missing required, overall Compliance %, sites required vs optional.
Per-site breakdown table
Site, Mode (required / optional badge), record count, check-in photo count, check-out photo count, fully-verified count (both photos present), missing-required count, compliance % (color-coded green ≥95% / amber 80–94% / red <80%).
Compliance-miss detail
If any records on photo-required sites are missing a check-in photo, they're listed at the bottom (up to 100 most recent). Each row links to the full attendance detail page.
Filters
Date range + optional site dropdown. CSV export available.
What "missing required" means
The site is set to Photo on Check-in: Required, but the saved record has no check_in_photo. This shouldn't normally happen — the camera UI is supposed to enforce it client-side. If you see many here, check whether the camera permission was denied on the workers' devices, or whether the site's setting was changed mid-shift.
