Your First Check-In

How workers check in

1. Worker opens their phone camera and points it at the QR code
2. A link appears — tap it to open the check-in form
3. Enter ID number and phone number
4. On first check-in: read and accept the data consent notice
5. Select the check-in time (pre-filled with current time)
6. Tap Check In
7. GPS is captured and verified against the site location
8. A confirmation screen shows the check-in was successful

Checking out

To check out, workers scan the same QR code again. The system detects they're already checked in and offers a check-out option.
