Photo Verification Setup

Plan-gated feature. Photo verification requires a plan that includes it. If your current plan doesn't, the option appears as "not available" on the site form — upgrade your plan first. See Plans & Pricing.

On a site's edit page, set Photo on Check-in to:

Off — No camera UI shown (default)

Optional — Camera shown, worker can skip

Required — Worker must take a photo before submitting

Photos are captured using the front camera, compressed to ~200KB, and stored securely. View photos in the attendance record detail page. Both check-in and check-out photos are captured if the site is set to Required.
