Missing Checkouts
Workers who never checked out
Go to Reports → Missing Checkouts. Lists records flagged as missed or auto-closed.
Status breakdown
- Missed — the record was explicitly flagged because the worker didn't check out by end-of-day. Status badge is red.
- Auto-closed — the nightly Huey task closed the record automatically (typically because the worker checked in but never out, and a new day rolled over). Status badge is yellow.
Both cases mean total_hours / OT may not reflect actual time on site.
Per-record action
Click View → on the attendance detail page, an admin can Manual Checkout with the actual departure time, or Clear Flag if the situation was resolved out-of-band.
How to reduce these
Encourage workers to scan the QR a second time at end-of-shift. If your site has shift templates, the worker's check-out is matched against the shift end and any deviation is flagged.
